Description: Whitney (same as Roper Whitney) #8 Manual Punch 1/4" dia. thru 1/4" thk. This unit is working fine but a former owner welded some stops near the throat. While I ground many of the welding nurdles away there are still some that will have to handled with a die grinder if they worry you. I took pictures so you can decide. The punch functions fine but could use new sharper tooling. Whitney pre-dated Roper Whitney but the tool is the same tool and all new punches & dies interchange. The front of the die holding area has been ground back to get a flanged part closer o the punch but it will not affect the use of the tool.
