I've always been interested in owning an A2K and the 1799 pattern is one of the most common in the big leagues. It has a wider heel than your average outfield glove which makes it a great option for softball. I bought it used (Excellent Condition) on a sale for about half price and it was totally worth it. It is breaking in well and will be ready for next season. Cons: Too expensive more me to buy at full price. I did pay extra for their â€œglove prep serviceâ€ which I believe did and get a jump start to help with breaking in this glove.
