Haynes Professional Sterling Silver Flute) with C# Trill Key. This Flute has Been Fully Disassembled/Cleaned/ Keys Fitted/Toneholes Dressed/All Pads Replaced/Tenons Refitted to Enhance Its Resonant Voice. People who Know about These Flutes Understand what a Deep-Rich Beautiful Voice they Can Have. This one plays Marvelously and with a Wonderful Character. I purposely didn't go past Cleaning this Flute as its Vintage Patina is a Characteristic that I Like. It hasn't been Polished at All, as you can see in the Photos. This is a Great Look, I Think. It has all its Original Scratches and Nicks (though Few) adding to its Vintage Appeal. The Keyboard is fast and Facile with Rollers on Both Low C# and Low C Keys. The (Serial Number) is 3866. This indicates that it was Finished Being Made In Boston Massachusetts February 24, 1917. It comes in its Original Flute-Case (Latches and Hinges in Good Condition) with the Original Tenon End-Caps and the Original Cleaning Rod.
