CONDITION - The book is in overall good condition.....The pages are good, with some margin tears on a couple of the content pages...And the pages have what I would call an old book scent.......The cover has general wear and use, with a large torn area in the upper spine area, and most of the labels are gone from the spine....The hinges are still holding, with some wear, so do handle the book with care..........This is a purty good ol' book......I think you will be pleased with it......
