Description: Here is an amazing Elizabeth Arden black velvet evening gown from the 60s. It features a sleeveless top, gold tone adjustable belt, tapestry paisley ribbon trim, back zip, high neckline, and full length. It measures 18 inches pit to pit, and 55 inches neck to hemline. The metallic tapestry paisley trim measures 2 inches. The flared hem measures 33 1/2 inches wide. This gown has no size label inside, so review measurements to determine fit. There are a few 'smudged' areas on the dress. I do not know velvet fabric, as how to remove them and I will leave that to the buyer. ( brush, dry clean, etc ???). I believe the size corresponds to a Medium. Generally, it is in very good used condition and has been carefully stored over the decades. There are no holes, stains, rips, fading or shrinkage. Likely it was not worn very much, since it looks quite clean. Guaranteed to be old, original and RARE. This garment is a final sale.
