Description: In excellent condition, this cloth backed paper map has a printing date of 9/43 and measures 82cm x 62cm. Bourges was the site of a huge armaments factory. As well as Bourges, the map also features Auxerre. It is one of a collection of 90 WW2 RAF Air Maps that I have recently acquired which had clearly belonged to one airman. They were all folded identically and neatly bundled with string ties. They had clearly not been opened since the end of the war. Will be shipped as per its existing folds.
