The small file card with photos is very nicely done with old original pink German file stock All the other pieces as seen are very nice copies of photos file cards The son kept the originals and had these made for me to go along with his original camp WARTIME LOG The log has his name and pretty much has only those poems written by hi while in camp The card tells us that he was in NORTH 2 Baracke 309 Raum 2His Prisoner War Number was 4953 Wounded on raid over Munich in July 1944 Please view all of our detail photos for items that are in this historical lot from a man who was an officer and captured. Always nice to have information on where the items originated for historical purpose. My father Ken Blackburn was also in Stalag Luft 1 in North 2.
