This is a high quality Patrolman's sword. This sword still has its super rare leather knot attached! The blade has an acid-etched hamon. The blade measures 16 5/8" from tip to bottom of the notch in the habaki. Condition:This Meiji through WW2 Japanese Patrolman's sword is in exceptional condition.
