International items should be delivered in 5-7 days but it is possible for them to take up to 28 days, we really don't understand why. We have never (fingers crossed) had an item get lost using these two methods. Returns: Incorrect or Damaged Goods: We try our hardest not to make mistakes but we're only human and occasionally mistakes do happen. Unwanted or mistakenly purchased Items: We operate the standard ebay 14 day returns policy, please return the items to us exactly as they have been shipped. Items that have had parts removed or been damaged by you will not be refunded. We will only refund the cost of the item. If you simply changed your mind then we will retain the p&p that we've paid out. Collecting trading cards can be dangerous, all cards are sold by trained athletes, do not attempt this at home bla bla bla.
