They are both NEAR MINT/MINT. What is disappointing is the fact that all of the glossy photos seem to have some slight water damage. You can tell by the waviness on the top and on the bottom of each photo. Please look carefully at the photos, and see for yourself before you make a judgment call on buying this Vintage Beatle Memorabilia. Two of the photos have slight creases on them. The first photo is the "ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE" with John Lennon. The second photo is where "Jeremy Hilary Boob PH.D is handing Paul McCartney the Yellow Submarine, and where John Lennon is sitting under the palm tree".
