The fish swim around the outside of the trap and when they reach the entrance to a funnel, they follow it into the trap. This trap works without the use of bait although bait can be used. The trap is made with Riverdale Mill's vinyl covered wire mesh(1" x 1"). The vinyl helps the trap last longer. The trap is 14" long x 24"wide x 11" high. This trap will not catch minnows as the wire mesh size is too big. If you are looking to catch larger bait, this trap is what you need.
