Comes with total of 9 spikes only, one shoes uses 8 spikes so indeed short on it, so keep that in mind when ordering. As far as size concern, it's little confusing, as 42 EUR doesn't make sense to me but 260mm matches to actual size so it's possible tag is wrong.
